Vitamin D and Vitamin P

I have just spent a couple of hours looking at these books again. I first met them in 2008, when I found them unfathomable and impenetrable. I can remember the uncomfortable feeling they gave me, even to the point of knowing which particular room I was in at the time.

Now they seem like a collection of the more familiar, the inspirational, the idea links, the essential nutrients, the why did they think of it first…
